初めて母親から読まされた本が「マーフィーの法則」。そこから、スピリチュアル・ジャーニーが始まる。結婚、出産、離婚を経て、二人の子供をシングルマザーとして育てる。サラリーマン、ネットワークビジネス、通訳、靴のバイヤーなど家計を支えるために、あらゆる仕事を体験したのち、ライフワークであったスピリチュアルをテーマにしたビジネスを始める。

奇跡のコースを１９９１年日本に初めて紹介するため、タラ・シーンを招き表参道のスパイラルで講演会を主催。ポール・ソロモンのエジプトツアーを主催。

シャーリーン・フォードの専属通訳で日本全国ツアーとセドナツアーに参加。日本ハンガープロジェクトの立ち上げメンバーとして活動したのち、１９９７年千代田区一番町に「花鳥風月館」という画廊を経営する。

同時に、常に世界中のスピリチュアル、ニューエージ、マインドフルネス、デトックスなど、心と体の美と健康を追求するため、アメリカ、ペルー、インド、エジプト、オーストラリア、イギリス、フィリピン、インドネシアなど世界中のセミナー、ツアー、キャンプに参加し続ける。

セドナで出会ったシャーマンからイヤーキャンドルを学び、日本で初めて紹介する。１９９７年、原宿でイヤーキャンドルサロン「ドンカメ」をオープンさせ、芸能アーティストから支持される。子供二人が成人するのをきっかけに、２００５年リタイアを決める。

長年の経済的プレッシャーから解放されると同時に鬱になり一年間引きこもり生活が始まる。今まで学んだあらゆるスピリチュアリティーワークからも離れ、何にもやる気を見出せずにいた頃、昔のセミナー仲間からアメリカのLAで噂が広まっていた奇跡のセラピストの存在を聞き、確信する何かを感じ、引きこもり生活が終了した。

２００７年５月にLAに飛び、SITHホ・オポノポノのクラスでヒューレン博士と出会い、同年１１月、アジアで初めてのクラスを東京で開催する。それ以来、SITHホ・オポノポノアジアの代表として、日本、台湾、韓国、中国、シンガポール、マレーシア、香港でクラスを主催している。
